Pastor Don Williams grew up on the farm in Scott County.  He grew up in a Christian home and was very involved in the church community.  In 2000, Don became the pastor of Pence Community Church. 

Don and his wife, Tara, got married in 1982.  Together they have four adult children - Caleb, Jessie, Rachel, and Jason. They also have several grandchildren - Gavin, Emerson, Maddie, Camden, Paige, Trey, Kanin, Landrey, Foster, and Conner.

 In Pastor Don's free time he enjoys being with people, fishing, "pickin' the banjo",  and spending time with his donkeys and mules.

       Jacob & Rachel McDaniel attended Pence Community Church as teenagers in the youth group.  From a very young age Rachel served and sang alongside her Dad, Pastor Don.   As youth they developed a love for serving the Lord. They were a part of youth mission trips to Mexico with Teens For Christ Leader, Larry Taylor.  As their earthly ministry grew, so did their love for each other. On September 9th, 2006, they were married.  

       After marriage they began to take on more responsibilities with children ministries and youth.  They have a deep love for youth and a deep desire to see the lost world come to Christ. They have lead many misson trips in Kansas, Colorado, Iowa, Arkansas, and also Ukraine. What a blessing they are to the Pence Community Church and to the youth they serve.
